Atlanta Hall Management, Inc. (AHM) provides management services to the Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame. Located in the heart of downtown Atlanta across from the Centennial Olympic Park, the Hall opened its doors in August 2014 and has secured its reputation as one of Atlanta’s most engaging and interactive experiences. The Hall of Fame’s mission is to educate, entertain, connect and inspire in a way that celebrates honors and preserves the people, traditions, and passions of college football.

Job Summary:
The College Football Hall of Fame is seeking a Group Sales Executive to help drive revenue and attendance through targeted group sales.

Role, Responsibilities, and Key Performance Areas:
  • Make required daily and weekly number of outbound sales calls
  • Follow up required to close each sale includes, but is not limited to, emails, phone calls and on-site visits
  • Accurately maintain daily sales activity report
  • Input orders and process invoices and payments as needed
  • Communicate with Fan Experience and Event Sales teams regarding scheduled groups
  • Collaborate with full group sales team to collectively reach attendance and revenue goals
  • Attend networking and promotions events throughout Metro Atlanta
  • Maintain an accurate database of clients and prospects on Microsoft Dynamics
  • Work with Group Sales Manager to develop new opportunities to drive attendance
  • Assist Group Sales Manager with ACVB (Atlanta Convention and Visitor’s Bureau) calendar

  • Flexible to work non-business hours, when needed
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in sales, account management, client service, and/or marketing

Driving Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required as you may be driving and using a company vehicle for various event responsibilities.

Physical Requirements:
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, and walk.
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • The noise level in the work environment usually is moderate; job duties are performed in an office environment.
