Bio

Tony Blazine was a four-year letterman at tackle for Illinois Wesleyan 1931-34. Illinois Wesleyan had a four-year record of 20-10-4 while playing a schedule that included Michigan State, Kentucky, DePaul, and St. Louis--high ranking teams in that era. He was named to the first-ever Little All-America football team in 1934. Blazine played 57 minutes in the College All Star Game in 1935. He played five seasons with the Chicago Cardinals and two with the New York Giants. He then served as assistant coach at the University of Illinois and the University of Washington.
