Bio

Jim McCormick had both speed and power as a Princeton fullback from 1904-1907. He became the tenth Princeton player in history to repeat as a consensus All-America, winning the laurels in 1905 and 1907. He was a second-team choice in 1906. The Tigers had a 9-0-1 record that year, their perfect record marred by a bitterly-contested scoreless tie with arch rival Yale in the final game of the season. Through his four varsity seasons, McCormick paced the Orange and Black to a 32-6-1 record. Princeton out-scored the competition, 716-77, over that span. McCormick was head coach at Princeton in 1909 with a 6-2-1 record.
